   Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

7. Product exchange (subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original, and any difference, if applicable, will be given in the form of a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If the product is not available for exchange, the value of the product(s) will be given in the form of a coupon for a new purchase.
